You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations in Hennepin County, MN, in all disputes (a) arising out of, relating to or concerning this Site and/or this Agreement, (b) in which this Site and/or this Agreement is an issue or a material fact, or (c) in which this Site and/or this Agreement is referenced in a paper filed in a court, tribunal, agency or other dispute resolution organization. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation this paragraph and the warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions above. GoSolar! has endeavored to comply with all legal requirements known to it in creating and maintaining this Site but makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of this Site may violate any legal requirements and you agree not to access this Site in any such jurisdiction. You agree that GoSolar! may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and GoSolar! as a result of this Agreement or your use of this Site.

GoSolar!’ performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of GoSolar!’ right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by GoSolar! with respect to such use.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GoSolar! with respect to this Site. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and GoSolar! with respect to this Site. No modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is authored by GoSolar! or its affiliates, or unless it is physically signed by a GoSolar! officer. Any alleged waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any future breach. A printed version of this Agreement and/or of any notice given by GoSolar! in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement or your use of this Site to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by GoSolar! in printed form.

You agree to use the Site and any service at your sole risk and that GoSolar! and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Quantity Limits & Dealer Sales

GoSolar! reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. GoSolar! also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers.
